A5

I have owned the Yamaha Motif for sometime now, but has not been using it to its full potential. Reason 3.0 was my choice, just because it works as studio in a box. So for a change I tried this one on Motif. Please do listen and let me know your comments.

Prem, it is interesting. It is like a nice journey. I'm sure you can come up with a cool song if you fill it up with some nice words. Please do make sweet songs like this and keep posting us.

I admire people who can play musical instruments. This is a nice tune...gives a feeling of a dance floor to the sea shore(around 3 min) to temple to dance floor.
Please play Mehlon mein rahene wale from Shabab or Leke pehla pehla pyar from CID. :)

Nice melody. Motif is pretty cool. I used to love their inbuilt ARP's.

Hi Prem,

Thanks for a nice piece of work.

I have no idea about Motif..but I liked the sound.

Only thought is - The drums IMHO could have been different ( aren't there different varieties of drums? available in those keyboards?)

Nice melody !

Tenneti - Thx. Will try to come up with a song on different tune.

Thx Paras for the comments and for pointing out the subtle changes. Leke pehla pehla pyar - what a lovely song.

Thx - Bharath - Motif's appregiator is central to its success. And some of the newer model have up to 6000 arps and allow as many as four of them simultenously on different parts.

Thx Gautam. I actually owe you a song.

Thx - NV. Motif is yamaha's flagship product. A cool workstation with excellent sounds.

Rosh - Thx. Will do.

Great job, Prem. Keep up with the good work! Could probably add a small peppy song to it as well. :)
